Your tasks:

  • Operation of the load test benches (test load up to 350 tons)
  • Function and load tests of various products
  • Dynamic load test to simulate use case
  • Lateral load test for tilt and buckling safety of the appliances
  • Hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting on our versatile products (e.g. tripod jacks, tools, service devices)
  • Assembly and disassembly of test devices
  • Support in the preparation of product-specific test instructions and sketching of test devices
  • Destructive testing during the development and optimization of products
  • Recording of deviations in quality notifications using SAP
  • Work in two-shift-operation (early/late shift)

Your profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or similar skills acquired in practice
  • Work experience in mechanical engineering industry with machining, welding, assembly and testing
  • A good understanding of power flows and hydraulic systems
  • Confident handling of drawings (also English/global standards)
  • Initial experience with SAP or another ERP system an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English required
