Your tasks:

  • You are in direct contact with our customers, support HYDRO in after sales/service and are the first point of contact for technical questions
  • You process and monitor technical customer inquiries via a ticket system and create quality notifications in the SAP ERP system
  • You work closely with the technical department to clarify and develop technical issues
  • You record, evaluate and monitor complaints and warranties
  • You carry out training courses, demos or troubleshooting at the customer's premises and support the service team as required

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training in a technical field and ideally have knowledge of electrical engineering. Further training as a technician or master craftsman would be an advantage
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in after sales/service in a technical company
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is required, confident use of SAP is desirable
  • You have a high degree of commitment and willingness to travel and are characterized by strong communication and negotiating skills
  • You are used to working independently and with commitment, but also enjoy working in a team across interfaces
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential in our international environment. Other languages are an advantage
