Your tasks:

  • You sell customer-specific solutions for the production, assembly and maintenance of aircraft or aircraft components. You will support the leading OEMs in the civil and military aviation industry (Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, General Electric, Saffran etc.) and their Tier 1 suppliers. Your target group also includes civil and military MROs and users.
  • You are responsible for the management of existing customer relationships, taking into account technical and economic conditions with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and visit the customers assigned to you at regular intervals
  • You are used to providing customers with intensive support and know the needs of the different markets, can discuss improvements with our customers and easily demonstrate and present their benefits
  • You negotiate complex contracts at eye level and conduct deal approvals with executives
  • You are the interface between the customer and our internal teams, in particular internal sales, product management and product development. In addition, you will maintain our CRM system Salesforce and provide regular reporting to managers

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in engineering or economics or similar knowledge acquired in practice
  • You have several years of professional experience in sales in the aerospace industry. Alternatively, you are interested in a lateral entry into sales and have experience and a network in military aviation
  • You have strong networking skills with a confident manner and intercultural negotiating skills
  • You see yourself as a self-starter who is used to achieving results through a high degree of self-motivation
  • You are customer-oriented, enjoy traveling, have an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working and are also highly reliable
  • You have exceptional communication skills and are business fluent in written and spoken German and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
