Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, taking into account technical and economic conditions with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction
- You form the interface to the customer in the processing of customer orders and contracts
- You ensure that regular communication with the customer and the specialist departments is up to date and complete
- You support the area sales managers in the preparation of offers
- You manage orders from preparation to invoicing in cooperation with the executing and supporting specialist departments such as engineering, logistics and order management
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, or a technical apprenticeship with appropriate further training, or a bachelor's degree in economicy
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in an industrial environment and possess a high degree of self-motivation
- The handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel, does not cause you any difficulities. Ideally, you have already had contract with ERP systems, e.g. SAP
- You are analyticalyl thinking, have a structured way of working, strong communication skills and an intercultural way of thinking and acting
- Good German and English skills complete your profile
