Your tasks:

  • Taking on administrative tasks, particularly in the areas of recruiting, personnel development and training
  • Support for all HR business partners in applicant management
  • Maintenance and administration of personnel data and work in the area of time management
  • Support with the organisation and implementation of career fairs or application days
  • Collaboration on special tasks and HR projects
  • Assistance at reception and at company events (open day / summer party / Christmas party)

Your profile:

  • You have completed commercial training, a degree in business administration or similar knowledge acquired in practice
  • You are familiar with MS Office applications
  • An independent, structured way of working with a high level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking is a matter of course for you
  • You are communicative and have co-operative skills, a sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good written and spoken English skills are essential in our international environment
