Your tasks:
- Project work: Defining business cases, active participation, and assuming (partial) project responsibility in planning, coordination, and implementation
- Portfolio: Strategic definition and further development of the spare parts portfolio in collaboration with product management; regular evaluation and adjustment
- Demand management: Point of contact for international service stations; development of a roadmap for global vs. local supply; continuous demand analysis and comparison with the portfolio
- Key performance indicators (KPIs): Collaboration on defining relevant departmental KPIs, data collection and updating, and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures
- Warehouse: Planning and implementation of the physical and logical separation of warehouses in Biberach; ensuring independent warehousing; determining optimal inventory targets based on demand forecasts; rollout of the warehouse blueprint to other locations
- Other: Regular reporting, handling of special assignments, and willingness to undertake occasional extended business trips
Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a degree in a comparable field
- At least three years of professional experience, ideally in special machine construction or aviation
- Experience in handling and processing large amounts of data, as well as process knowledge in supply chain management
- Advanced user knowledge in the areas of ERP and Office
- Business fluent German and English skills
