Your tasks:
- Definition of business cases for projects and active participation in their implementation
- Taking charge of planning, coordinating, and executing projects or subprojects
- Formulation of requirements for third-party programs to increase efficiency and improve customer benefits
- Support in evaluating and selecting suitable software solutions
- Collaboration on the design of data interfaces and implementation of user acceptance tests
- Technical administration and further development of the systems used
- Creation and implementation of make-or-buy guidelines in the procurement area
- Participation in the negotiation of service level agreements (SLAs) with the supply chain management and production departments
- Responsibility for the S&OP process as important input for the procurement side
- Analysis and monitoring of SLA compliance based on relevant KPIs
Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a degree in a comparable field
- At least three years of professional experience, ideally with industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of the implementation and administration of third-party programs and comprehensive understanding of procurement processes
- Advanced user knowledge of ERP systems and common Office applications
- Business fluent German and English skills
