Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the development and maintenance of standard products, focusing primarily on one product family.
- You develop intelligent solutions according to specifications in our customers' requirements documents and design in accordance with specifications and applicable norms and standards.
- You are responsible for technical project management for internal project developments and customer projects.
- You will work closely with product management, sales, and production, and communicate with suppliers and customers to find optimal solutions.
- Project-related travel enriches your work (approx. 5 percent)
Your profile:
- You have a degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering/design engineering or a similar field.
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience in design engineering in an industrial environment (preferably in special-purpose machine construction) and are highly independent.
- Knowledge of CAD systems, preferably Solid Works
- Experience working with an ERP system, ideally SAP
- You have analytical thinking skills, organizational talent, team spirit, and communicate efficiently in an intercultural environment
- Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile.
