Your tasks:
- Analysis of existing technical processes and identification of weak points, media breaks, and manual activities
- Design and implementation of automation solutions to reduce manual work steps
- Development and maintenance of program-based solutions for process automation (e.g., VBA, scripts, interfaces)
- Analysis, structuring, and optimization of large, heterogeneous data sets from different systems
- Use and further development of AI-supported approaches to data analysis, process support, and decision-making
- Creation and maintenance of process, system, and automation documentation
Your profile:
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a similar field
- You are skilled in handling large amounts of data, have experience in data structuring and optimization, and ideally have already gained some initial experience in the use of artificial intelligence
- You have a basic understanding of technical and industrial processes
- You are familiar with the SAP ERP system (knowledge of the MM module is an advantage)
- You have a good knowledge of VBA, JSON, or comparable programming languages
- You enjoy analyzing and optimizing processes and have the necessary comprehension skills to understand complex interrelationships
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
