Your tasks:
- You are responsible for preparing and performing linear and nonlinear structural analyses, including analytical verifications
- You evaluate the results and prepare reports
- You are responsible for the creation, validation and evaluation of FE models
- You present and discuss the results with the responsible departments
- You will assist in the design and optimization of various products
Your profile:
- You have a degree in mechanical engineering, computational engineering with a focus on strength and verification calculations, or similar knowledge acquired through practical experience
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of design and development, ideally in special machine construction, CAD/FEA experience, ideally with Solid Works or Solid Works Simulation
- You have in-depth knowledge of linear and nonlinear static structural analysis and are confident in idealizing load conditions, contact definitions, and material models
- Ideally, you have experience with the guidelines for computational strength verification for machine components and the non-linear guideline according to FKM
- You have several years of experience in the field of static calculations for complex assemblies
- You are able to independently create calculation reports and supporting documentation, critically evaluate results, and derive constructive optimization proposals
- You impress with your ability to work in a team and your independent and autonomous approach to work
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
