Your tasks:
- You are responsible for creating and following up on quotations for service calls, repairs and spare parts
- You enter orders in SAP and create documents such as delivery bills and invoices
- You ensure communication with the customer (by telephone and email)
- You work closely with the internal interfaces, such as Order Management and Logistics
- You support internal optimization projects in the area
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have comparable skills and knowledge acquired in practice
- You have gained initial professional experience in a commercial, customer-oriented area in an industrial environment
- You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and have a structured and analytical way of working and good communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential in an international environment, other foreign languages are an advantage
