Your tasks:

Technical and disciplinary management of service technicians and logistics
Organizing and ensuring smooth service operations in the ward
Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Tagesgeschäft
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health and safety standards
Technical support for technicians dealing with complex problems
Creating duty rosters and monitoring compliance with standards
Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Your profile:

Completed technical training; further training as a technician or master craftsman is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in technical service, ideally with initial management experience
Strong leadership and social skills as well as excellent communication skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of responsibility and assertiveness
Confident use of common software (MS Office, ideally SAP or comparable systems)
Business fluent written and spoken German and English
