Your tasks:
- Develop deep operational capabilities in the Middle East to support and grow the company’s expertise in the region and globally.
- Provide leadership to the teams to ensure product quality, reliability and delivery of commitments on time and on budget.
- Oversee and expand service business in the region through operational efficiencies, on-time delivery and customer experience.
- Drive team performance and collaboration to strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and inspire team leads to create and execute strategic plans aligned with their respective functions and targets.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Identify and implement business improvements that enhance cost-efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Clearly communicate the company’s value propositions and ensure alignment with organizational processes.
- Proactively assess and address challenges, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting operations or strategy.
- Lead and support change initiatives that foster innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and ongoing process enhancement.
- Align with the Director Sales on all customer related topics and ensure stable load from the market.
Your profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Service Operations, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong background in operations management within manufacturing, ideally in the aviation industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong understanding of engineering and industrial production processes.
- Experience working in SMEs and matrix organizations.
- International business exposure with cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Expertise in project management, productivity improvement, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; confident at executive level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; thrives under pressure.
- High-level organizational and decision-making capabilities.
- Represents the company at events and maintains a strong public profile.
