Your tasks:

You support our managers and employees with all HR-related and labor law issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle
You will be responsible for recruiting specialists and managers for a specific business unit, assist with onboarding, and support all core operational processes related to HR administration and development (excluding payroll processing)
As part of a five-person HR Business Partner team at our Biberach location, you will help further develop our operational processes and report to the HR Business Partner team lead
You will lead or support local and international HR projects, particularly in the areas of personnel and organizational development and the further development of our HR tools

Your profile:

You must have a degree in economics, ideally with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification
You have at least two years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally at an international industrial company
You have experience working with employee representatives and conduct negotiations with the necessary tact
You have in-depth knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law and are able to design HR processes in a holistic manner
They are characterized by a high degree of empathy, excellent communication and consulting skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong ability to get things done
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
