Your tasks:
- Active support in the further development of onboarding processes and training materials.
- Contribute to the standardization and documentation of processes within the supply chain.
- Creating and maintaining informative presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support for digitalization and AI initiatives.
- Maintenance and management of contract and supplier data in SharePoint.
- Assisting with supplier management, including maintaining the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
- Support for data and document management in various IT tools.
- Gain insight into operational purchasing and assist with inquiries, bid evaluations, and master data maintenance.
Your profile:
- Enrollment in a technical degree program such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
