Your tasks:
- Functional and disciplinary leadership, coaching, and development of the Cost Estimation team.
- Processing of complex individual parts, assemblies, and end devices.
- Verantwortung für die Festlegung, Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung von Vorgabezeiten in der Fertigung.
- Capacity planning and scheduling of production orders in accordance with defined planning rules.
- Sie koordinieren Make- or Buy-Entscheidungen und verantworten die Bewertung der Vorgabezeiten für die Fertigung.
- Ensuring standardized planning processes, planning standards, and high master data quality.
- Leading projects and driving the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

Your profile:
- Technical education with further qualification as a State-Certified Technician, Master Craftsman, or equivalent qualification.
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Mitarbeiterführung.
- Several years of professional experience in Production Planning, Work Preparation, or Production Control.
- Sie können sehr gute Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SAP vorweisen - idealerweise als Key-User.
- Very good knowledge of SAP systems, Microsoft Office and SolidWorks.
- Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
