Your tasks:

Technical and disciplinary management of the Services Sales Coordinator and Supply Chain Manager teams
Acting as the station manager's deputy and providing active support in day-to-day operations as well as on strategic issues
Active involvement in day-to-day operations
Organizing and ensuring the smooth handling of service requests and processes
Optimization and implementation of processes in the area of service administration
Providing technical support to employees when dealing with complex issues
Support for projects aimed at further developing the infrastructure and processes within the service station

Your profile:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung; Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt oder Techniker von Vorteil
Several years of professional experience in technical service, ideally with initial management experience
Strong leadership and social skills as well as excellent communication skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of responsibility and assertiveness
Confident use of common software (MS Office, ideally SAP or comparable systems)
Business fluent written and spoken German and English
