Your tasks:
- You support our managers and employees at our locations in Norderstedt, Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg, and Arnstadt (near Erfurt) with all HR-related and labor law issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Your workplace will be in Norderstedt, and you will travel regularly to Wilhelmsburg and Arnstadt, as well as occasionally to the German headquarters in Biberach
- You will be responsible for recruiting specialists and executives, organizing onboarding, and supporting all core operational processes related to HR administration and development (excluding payroll processing)
- As part of a six-person HR Business Partner team, you will help further develop our operational processes and report to the HR Business Partner team lead at the Biberach location.
- You will lead or support local and international HR projects, particularly in the areas of personnel and organizational development and the further development of our HR tools
Your profile:
- You must have a degree in economics, ideally with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification
- You have at least two years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally at an international industrial company
- You have experience working with employee representatives and communicate with the necessary tact
- You have in-depth knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law and are able to design HR processes in a holistic manner
- You are characterized by a high degree of empathy, excellent communication and consulting skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong ability to get things done
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
