Your tasks:

Conduct and update risk assessments, workplace inspections and HSE action tracking for defined production areas
Advise employees and operational contacts on standard HSE requirements and safe working practices
Record and investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions within the defined scope and derive corrective actions
Preparing and conducting HSE briefings, training sessions, and safety communications, as well as planning and conducting internal inspections and audits, including monitoring the implementation of agreed-upon measures
Maintain HSE documentation, records, key data and reports in accordance with defined requirements
Provide support on issues related to hazardous materials, waste, the environment, and emergency preparedness, and coordinate routine HSE matters with Production, Facility Management, and relevant internal and external contacts
Identify deviations and risks and escalate them promptly when they exceed the defined scope

Your profile:

Completed technical education or relevant degree with an additional qualification in occupational health and safety, environmental protection or a comparable field
Solid practical knowledge of the applicable requirements for occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection
several years of experience in risk assessments, incident investigation, inspections, audits or HSE documentation
You bring the analytical skills needed to evaluate routine deviations and determine appropriate measures within the assigned scope
A strong commitment to quality and responsibility, as well as an independent and organized approach to work, come naturally to you
You have excellent computer skills and can apply them to documentation, data entry, and relevant production systems
Good German and English skills
